Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. The Atlanta weekend is 24 live hours. That covers most of the 30 Yoga Alliance asks for every three years.

We do not hold a training in Kentucky. Atlanta comes first on the calendar, and Delta flies it nonstop from SDF. Neither Atlanta nor Milwaukee lands on Derby weekend.
Delta is the only airline flying SDF to ATL nonstop. Muhammad Ali International shares its field with UPS Worldport, so expect cargo jets out the window while you board.
In Atlanta, MARTA's Airport station sits inside the Domestic Terminal. The Red and Gold lines run north through Five Points to Midtown, so you can skip the rental car.
I-65 south through Nashville, then I-24 to Chattanooga and I-75 into Atlanta. It is a long day behind the wheel, so plan to arrive Thursday night.
Atlanta keeps Louisville's Eastern time, so you do not lose an hour on the way down.
Atlanta in March runs several degrees warmer than home, with highs in the mid 60s and nights in the mid 40s. It is one of the city's wetter months, so pack a rain shell. Late March is also when tree pollen peaks, and most of the yellow film on parked cars is pine. Worth knowing before three days of deep breathing.
Jeffersonville and New Albany, in Clark and Floyd counties, are part of Kentuckiana, the Louisville metro on both banks of the Ohio. If you have walked the Big Four Bridge over from Waterfront Park, you know SDF is close. Your trip to Atlanta is the same as downtown's. Lexington sits right on I-75, the same road that runs south through Chattanooga to Atlanta. You can skip Louisville entirely and stay on it the whole way, or fly from SDF if you would rather not drive. For local classes, see Breathwork near Lexington.
Northern Kentucky flies out of CVG, not SDF. The yoga continuing education near Cincinnati page covers that airport and the drive down I-75.
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, June 11-13, is the road trip. Take I-65 north past Indianapolis, then work around Chicago, and you gain an hour on Central time. No airline flies SDF to Milwaukee nonstop and no passenger train leaves Louisville, so plan on the car. June there runs close to 10 degrees cooler by day than home. I-65 is the Louisville road in both directions. It runs south through Nashville on the way to Atlanta and north past Indianapolis on the way to Milwaukee. Each city has its own page: yoga continuing education near Nashville and near Indianapolis.
Southwest flies SDF to Phoenix nonstop, home of our Phoenix trainings. SDF also has nonstops to Reagan National, Dulles and BWI for Washington, D.C. on May 21-23.

You already cue the breath on the mat. In Atlanta you learn to hold a full Breathwork session, from the active breathing through the holds to the stillness after.
You guide real breathers in the room while Ryan and Shelby give notes. Back home, close a class in the Highlands with it, or run a Saturday workshop for students you pass on the Scenic Loop in Cherokee Park.
