Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. The D.C. weekend is 24 live hours, most of the 30 that Yoga Alliance asks for every three years.

We do not hold a training in North Carolina. D.C. is the closest by road and by rail. Atlanta, on March 19-21, is the earlier date and our only one in the Southeast on the 2027 calendar.
The Carolinian runs once a day. It boards at Raleigh Union Station, Cary and Durham, and it pulls into Washington Union Station. No airport at either end.
With one train a day, riding up Thursday lets you walk in rested for the 8:45 doors on Friday.
RDU sits between Raleigh and Durham, and American flies it nonstop to Reagan National. From DCA, a short Metro ride puts you in the city.
Driving is about 260 miles north. The venue is TBD, so plan parking once the address lands in your inbox.
D.C. in May feels close to a Triangle May, a few degrees cooler by day. Pack what you would wear at home, plus a light layer for the evening.
The Carolinian boards at Durham station, and Chapel Hill starts the same way, from Durham station or from RDU. Durham also sits right on I-85, which matters if you pick Atlanta instead.
Raleigh Union Station is your Carolinian stop, and Cary has its own. Morrisville sits next to the airport, so the American nonstop to Reagan National is the short way up. For Atlanta, Raleigh drivers join I-85 via I-40.
Charlotte is about 245 miles from Atlanta on I-85 and closer to it than to D.C., so the earlier training may suit you better. The yoga continuing education near Charlotte page covers that trip.
Atlanta, Georgia, March 19-21, is a Delta nonstop from RDU, or about 400 miles on I-85 from Durham. Atlanta in March runs a little milder than home, and tree pollen peaks late in the month. See yoga continuing education near Atlanta.
