Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. The Tahoe weekend gives you 24 live hours, most of the 30 that Yoga Alliance asks for every three years.

We do not hold a training in the South Bay. From San Jose there are two ways in: drive into the Sierra, or take a short flight to the city we call home.
Plan on about 4 hours. Get to Sacramento, then take US-50 east over Echo Summit, down through Meyers and on to the Y.
Friday starts at 9am, so come up Thursday. Rather skip the mountain leg? Amtrak Thruway buses and El Dorado Transit both run from Sacramento to South Lake Tahoe.
A nonstop out of SJC takes about 1 hour 50 minutes. Phoenix is where we are based, and our Arizona weekends run in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Picking Tahoe? The South Shore sits at 6,200 feet. Late July runs highs near 80, mornings near 40 and almost no rain, so pack a warm layer for the first session. Drink more water than you think you need, and check AirNow.gov that week for wildfire smoke.
From the city it is 3.5 to 4 hours on I-80 and US-50. The Bay Area has its own page: yoga continuing education near San Francisco.
