Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. Three days on the South Shore add up to 24 live hours, most of the 30 training hours Yoga Alliance asks for every three years.

We are based in Phoenix, and Tahoe is the one place we teach in the Sierra. Our first Lake Tahoe training ran August 21-23, 2026, and we come back for one weekend in 2027.
In 2027 this is the only training we hold in Northern California, and the only one in the Sierra. The lake sits on the California and Nevada line, and we teach on the California side, at the south end.
Carson City is about 40 minutes. From the Carson Valley, Kingsbury Grade is the steeper two-lane way in.
Reno is about an hour: I-580 to Carson City, then US-50 into the basin. No car? The South Tahoe Airporter runs daily from RNO to Stateline.
Truckee is about an hour.
From Kings Beach or Incline Village you drive around the lake to reach the South Shore, so give yourself extra time.
About 2 hours up US-50, one road the whole way. Come up Thursday, because Friday starts at 9am.
No car? Amtrak Thruway buses and El Dorado Transit both run from Sacramento to South Lake Tahoe.
The Bay Area is 3.5 to 4 hours: I-80 to Sacramento, then US-50 over Echo Summit, down into Meyers and on to the Y.
San Jose is about 4 hours.
Fly into Reno-Tahoe. Alaska flies nonstop from Portland, and Southwest gets you there from Las Vegas in about an hour and a half. From LA, fly to Reno and drive about an hour.
There is no nonstop to Reno. Hawaiian and Southwest fly nonstop to Sacramento, and from there it is US-50 into the mountains.

Weekly classes, held so consistently that three of her breathers came and got certified in Liquid Breathwork too.
You already teach people to breathe. This weekend you learn to guide a full Breathwork session, from the first rounds of breathing through the breath holds.
Use it to close a flow class, or run it as a stand-alone workshop where you teach. You practice on real breathers in the room, with notes from Ryan and Shelby right after.
